Our Schools Ministry team is looking for a committed and passionate individual to serve as a full-time Schools Ministry Worker.

You will enjoy the variety of visiting schools to share the gospel, building relationships with students and teachers whilst being supported and connected with the wider CRU community.

Responsibilities include:

  • Regularly visitations and communication with school teachers in your assigned schools. Visits may involve giving a talk from the Bible at the CRU Group and/or in the school assembly or chapel. 

  • Offer prayer support, resource ideas and encouragement to your school contacts.

  • Involvement in CRU’s primary school leadership events, high school Inter-CRU events, teacher & chaplain professional development days, and other Schools Ministry events.

The successful applicant will: 

  • Have a strong and growing personal faith, evidenced by godly character and church involvement.

  • Have completed theological training and have experience in giving quality Bible talks to young people.

  • Have strong pastoral skills. 

  • Be able to work both independently and in a team environment.

  • Have a current driver’s licence.
