Full Time – 12 month maternity leave cover position (Part Time will be considered)

CRU Educational Camps is seeking a proactive and people‑focused Recruitment Manager who is passionate about helping young adults’ step into meaningful ministry opportunities. This is a unique role where your work directly supports the mission of sharing Jesus with the next generation. This role is based out of CRU Lake Mac or CRU Galston Gorge.

About the Role

As the Recruitment Manager for CRU Educational Camps, you will play a key role supporting CRU’s ministries through:

  • Updating and implementing recruitment strategies tailored to the needs of CRU Educational Camps

  • Oversee the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, with particular focus on the Summit Program traineeship

  • Coordinating and attending key recruitment events to engage and attract high‑quality candidates

  • Leading contributing to 6–10 CRU Camps each year

  • Collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the Summit Traineeship

  • Engaging regularly with internal stakeholders to support the strong and seamless implementation of the Summit Traineeship

About You

You have a mature Christian faith and a deep commitment to CRU’s mission. You communicate clearly, stay highly organised, and bring a warm, professional presence to your interactions. You enjoy working with young adults and have genuine care for their growth and development. You bring experience in recruitment, confidence with computer systems, and the flexibility and energy needed to thrive in a dynamic and relational ministry environment.

Remuneration

A remuneration package reflective of experience, with eligibility to access salary packaging benefits.
