About CRU

CRU is a Bible-based, interdenominational Christian youth organisation with a mission to help students in independent schools across Australia know and follow Jesus. Through holiday camps, educational camps, and schools ministry, we share the gospel, disciple believers, and train them for a lifetime of service.

The Role

As a Holiday Camps Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the logistics and organisation of CRU Holiday Camps so that the gospel can reach as many campers as possible. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating camp logistics and liaising with directors, venues, and providers

  • Managing camper bookings and responding to enquiries

  • Maintaining data in Salesforce and assisting with marketing lists

  • Supporting the Holiday Camps team with projects and administration

(Optional: You may also lead up to 10 CRU Educational Camps or 5 Holiday Camps annually.)

What We’re Looking For

  • A mature and consistent Christian faith, actively involved in a local church

  • Agreement with CRU’s Basis of Belief

  • Passion for evangelism, especially among children and youth

  • Strong administration skills, attention to detail, and proficiency with databases and Microsoft Office

  • Excellent communication and a willingness to learn

  • Current driver’s licence

Desirable: Experience in Christian camping, event planning, or Salesforce CRM.
