COVID-19 Impact

Like all organisations, CRU activities have been significantly impacted by COVID-19.

While we are currently unable to fully operate our camping and school-based programs, we do remain 100% committed to sharing Jesus with a new generation. So we are finding new and creative ways to achieve this until this crisis ends.

Spots are filling quickly for 2021, so please get in touch today to book your next school camp. (Note: If government restrictions have not been lifted by the time of your camp there is no cancellation fee.)

Church & Community Group camps – taking bookings!

After a lengthy period of isolation and lock down your group will be craving some long-awaited together time! The new Lake Mac campsite is already filling fast for 2021 so book now to secure your place at one of our two beautiful campsites.

Schools Ministry

During this time of social distancing and isolation, young people need to know that they are not alone. CRU staff are doing everything they can to keep connecting with young people at this challenging time. They’re running CRU Groups via Zoom video conferencing. They’re making creative resources available online. And they’re providing support via phone and video link to teachers, chaplains and volunteer leaders.

Please join us in prayer – view or download your CRU Prayer Diary here.

Help CRU

As a direct result of the government ban on camps, CRU is facing a $1.1 million shortfall over the next 6 months. In order to ensure we are ready to resume camping ministry as soon as this crisis ends – we need your help! We recognise that these are very difficult times for everyone, so we are deeply thankful for your support.
